The OKX Supernova Graduate Program
The Supernova Program is a 3-year Career Accelerator designed to fast-track high-potential graduates into technical experts and future leaders in engineering, product management, and design. As a Blockchain Engineer in this program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of crypto platforms—from retail and pro trading systems to asset management, secure wallets, NFTs, on-chain AML compliance, and blockchain explorers.

Your Role: Building the Infrastructure of Tomorrow
As a graduate Blockchain Engineer, you’ll be embedded within our global engineering team, working on mission-critical systems that power one of the most advanced crypto ecosystems in the world.
Core Responsibilities
- Design & Develop Crypto-Linked Products: Build scalable, high-performance solutions with an emphasis on security, reliability, and seamless user experience. You’ll contribute to core platform features while ensuring architectural consistency across services.
- Solve High-Stakes Technical Challenges: Tackle problems in distributed systems, including high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing. Your work will directly impact millions of active users relying on OKX for secure and efficient transactions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, Blockchain Technology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught experience)
- Solid understanding of zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) algorithms such as zkSNARK, zkSTARK, Plonk, Groth16, and Halo2
- Proficiency in programming languages including Java or Go, and hands-on experience with Solidity
- Demonstrated knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, particularly Ethereum and other major blockchain networks
- Strong interest in blockchain technology with proven learning agility and analytical thinking
- Ability to identify technical gaps and optimize workflows for greater efficiency, coverage, and quality
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with advanced cryptographic techniques like homomorphic encryption, ring signatures, or threshold signatures
- Familiarity with leading DeFi protocols such as MakerDAO, Uniswap, Compound, or Synthetix
- Understanding of zero-knowledge circuit development using C++ or Rust
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
